15 января состоялось открытие первой школы оффлайн. Что же нас вдохновило на такой шаг?
Во всем южном и среднем Египте, в частности провинции Красное море нет ни одной шахматной школы. Мы хотим, чтобы у шахматистов в Хургаде был свой дом. Чтобы, живущие здесь шахматисты, в частности и дети, могли повышать свой уровень и соревноваться с другими игроками, с шахматистами Египта.
On January 15, the first offline school was opened. What inspired us to take such a step?
In all of southern and central Egypt, in particular the Red Sea province, there is not a single chess school. We want chess players in Hurghada to have their own home. So that chess players living there, in particular children, can improve their level and compete with other players, with chess players in Egypt.

26 мая в Александрии завершился шахматный турнир Арена Опен. В нём приняли участие 2 тренера нашей академии в Хургаде Максим Буров и Юсиф Рефаат и 2 ученика Ильин Николай и Ильин Константин.
Для братьев Ильиных это второй международный турнир в карьере. Ребята выступили очень достойно. Костя набрал 3,5 очка из 9, Коля 4 очка из 9. Коля заработал Фиде рейтинг, все его соперники были рейтинговые шахматисты. Ребята быстро прогрессируют, и мы надеемся на их успешные выступления в дальнейшем.
Тренер Юсиф Рефаат выступил неплохо, набрал 5 очков из 9. Он только набирает форму, верим, что он будет показывать результаты лучше и лучше.
Главным героем этого турнира стал тренер Максим Буров. Если учесть, что это второй международный шахматный турнир в его карьере, он показал хороший результат. Набрал 5 очков из 9. Он должен был победить в последнем туре и набрать 6 очков, но из-за обидной случайности не получилось это сделать. Поздравляем Максима с достойной игрой. Желаем дальнейших успехов и побед!

On May 26, the Arena Open chess tournament ended in Alexandria. Two coaches from our academy in Hurghada, Maxim Burov and Youssef Refaat, and two students, Ilyin Nikolay and Ilyin Konstantin, took part in it.
For the Ilyin brothers, this is the second international tournament in their career. The students performed very well. Kostantin scored 3.5 points out of 9, Nikolay 4 points out of 9.
